ARTEMIS
Ramshorn / Planorbarius corneus
About
Artemis is a Ramshorn snail and a regular cowboy. He is the largest of the snails in the tank and has a golden-yellow shell with a thick and beautiful curve. Whenever new plants or materials are introduced to the tank he is the first one to explore and feel around the new textures. Artemis is also quite adventurous and can often be seen high-wiring across blades of seagrass.

GIGI
Ramshorn / Planorbarius corneus
About
Gigi is quite mild in temprament compared to Artemis. She spends her days cruising around, munching on detritus on the tank floor. Gigi’s shell has a nice cool grey color to it, which makes it easy to identify amongst the tank vegetation. While Gigi is small in size, she can also move quickly when there is food involved. But can’t we all?

HELEN
Assassin Snail / Anentome Helena
Hellen is a highly active assassin snail. She spends her days (and nights) roaming the tank for smaller ramshorn snails to snack on.

BARNABY
Blue Velvet / Neocaridina
Barnaby is generally a shy creature, and it has taken him a while to feel comfortable coming to the front of the tank. He is the smallest of the males in the tank, but a valuable member of our ecosystem nonetheless.
CHOLULA
Red Cherry / Neocaridina
Cholula marches to the beat of her own drum. She is, by far, the largest of the females in the tank and also the most active. Cholula has been known to bustle around the tank for hours on end, swimming, diving, and exploring her surroundings.
